Track Assembly

Track Assembly of Amphibious Excavator

The Track Assembly is a critical component of the Amphibious Excavator, engineered to deliver optimal performance and durability in the most challenging terrains, including wetlands, marshes, and shallow waters. Designed for superior traction, stability, and load distribution, it ensures smooth and efficient operation across both land and water environments.

Rountine Inspection & Maintainence of Track Assembly

Depending on the intensity of the customer’s construction activities and specific on-site conditions, it is generally recommended to replace the Track Assembly every 4,000 operating hours or every two years, whichever comes first. Regular inspection and timely replacement are essential to maintaining the machine’s productivity, safety, and long-term reliability.

The Track Assembly Consists of Track Chain And Track Shoes.

To meet diverse operational demands, we offer track shoes in a variety of materials including steel, ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), and aluminum alloy. Each configuration can be customized and optimized based on specific customer requirements and job site conditions.

The Materials We Used For Track Assembly

River’s track assemblies feature a welded construction (chain & shoe) for maximum stability, preventing derailment and breakage. The track shoes are made of high-strength steel HG785D, which has about three times the tensile strength of regular steel.
