Functions and Features

1. Modular Pontoon Assembly

The platform is assembled from six single pontoon modules. Each module can be transported separately and connected on site. This reduces transportation difficulty and allows the platform to be arranged according to the required working deck size.

2. 10m × 15m Working Deck

After assembly, the platform provides a 10m × 15m floating working deck.
This deck size is suitable for material handling, worker operation, equipment placement and temporary construction support.

3. 5T-class Knuckle Boom Crane

A knuckle boom crane is installed on the upper deck according to the customer’s requirement.
The crane is used for auxiliary lifting, loading, unloading, material transfer and on-water handling tasks. Its compact folding structure also helps save deck space when not in operation.

4. 7m Working Radius

The crane has a 7m working radius, making it suitable for handling materials between the platform, boat and nearby working area.
This improves the platform’s flexibility for water construction logistics.

5. Reinforced Crane Base

The crane installation area should be designed with a reinforced base structure.

This helps distribute crane loads to the platform structure and improves the safety of lifting operations.

6.Removable Safety Guardrails

Guardrails are designed around the platform to improve personnel safety. The guardrails are fixed by bolts, allowing them to be removed when necessary for transportation, maintenance, crane operation or special working layouts.

7. Mooring Fittings for Boat Fixing

Mooring fittings are designed on the platform for fixing boats and supporting on-water operation. This is useful when the platform needs to connect with small workboats, transport boats or auxiliary vessels.

8. Tie-down Rings for Future Securing

Each module is designed with 8 tie-down rings. These rings can be used for securing materials, tools, temporary equipment, ropes or other fixtures during later project use.

9. Custom Deck Layout

The platform layout can be adjusted according to the customer’s application.Options may include crane installation, guardrail arrangement, access ladder, mooring system, material storage area, pipeline support or other equipment mounting interfaces.

Applications of Amphibious Jack-up Work Platform

Water Construction Support

The platform can be used as a temporary floating work base for river, lake, reservoir and nearshore construction.

Material Loading and Transfer

With the knuckle boom crane, the platform can support loading, unloading and transferring materials between shore, boat and jobsite.

Maintenance and Inspection

The stable floating deck can support inspection, maintenance and repair work for water facilities, pipelines, banks, bridges or floating structures.

Temporary Work Access

The modular platform can provide temporary access and work space in areas where building a temporary road is not practical.

Small Equipment Support

The platform can support tools, power units, light machinery, pumps, hoses, pipes and auxiliary systems according to the project requirement.

Boat-side Operation

With mooring fittings, the platform can be used together with boats for material transfer, personnel access and floating jobsite organization.
